Touch & Functional Testing
Each unit undergoes comprehensive touch and functional testing, including touch accuracy, responsiveness, multi-touch performance, display quality, connectivity and key system functions. Any customized features are also verified to ensure stable performance and reliable operation before shipment.
Water & Dust Protection Testing
Outdoor units undergo simulated water and dust exposure testing to check enclosure sealing and overall protection. Key areas such as doors, joints and cable entries are carefully inspected to help ensure reliable operation in rain, dust and demanding outdoor conditions.
Built for Long-Term Outdoor Use
Our outdoor display enclosures are built with 1.5mm SGCC galvanized steel or optional 304/316 stainless steel, combined with AkzoNobel outdoor-grade powder coating for enhanced weather and corrosion resistance. This durable construction provides long-term protection and dependable performance in demanding outdoor environments.
High & Low Temperature Test Report
High- and low-temperature test reports are available for our displays. Testing under -20°C and +60°C conditions helps verify display operation, component stability, and overall reliability under demanding environmental conditions.
Outdoor Sun Exposure Test
Outdoor displays are exposed to direct sunlight for 2–3 days to observe display performance, heat dissipation and overall system stability under prolonged solar exposure. This helps evaluate reliable operation under real outdoor conditions.
Aging & Stability Testing
Each unit undergoes 48–72 hours of continuous aging before final inspection to monitor display performance, system stability and key functions. This process helps identify potential issues and ensure reliable operation before shipment.
Final Quality Inspection
After aging, each unit undergoes a final quality inspection covering display performance, system functions, appearance, interfaces and overall operation. Customer-specific requirements and agreed specifications are also carefully verified to ensure each unit matches the order requirements before packaging and shipment.
